Overnight Oatmeal

  • ½ cup of oatmeal (rolled oats, not instant)
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of nonfat yogurt
  • Seeds (hemp, flax, chia…)
  • Cinnamon, raisins, walnuts as desired
  1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar or any container with a lid.
  2. Place in fridge overnight and in the morning, voila! Instant oatmeal!
Eat it cold or warm it up if you prefer.
