- ½ cup of oatmeal (rolled oats, not instant)
- ½ cup of milk
- ¼ cup of nonfat yogurt
- Seeds (hemp, flax, chia…)
- Cinnamon, raisins, walnuts as desired
- Place all ingredients in a mason jar or any container with a lid.
- Place in fridge overnight and in the morning, voila! Instant oatmeal!
Eat it cold or warm it up if you prefer.
